New Features:

Player upgrades: progress getting rough? These new upgrades are sure to help you become a millionare—no—billionare! Currently, only 2 upgrades are available.

   > Reduced Taxes: Reduces your taxes by 0.5% per level (50 max)

Gameplay Changes:

Nerfed the effects of the Rock obstacle, making it less destructive overall

   > Rock obstacle now self-destructs when it breaks a machine

Nerfed taxes

   > Taxes are now based on percentage of player balance instead of number of 

       machines purchased

Changed main menu UI to allocate more space for future implementations

Fixed shop text not showing correct prices for Miner and Seller when they're attained for free
